Ingredients: Water, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Caprylic-Capric Tryglicerides, Xantham Gum, Hemp Extract CBD (Isolate), Panthenol, Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1, Wheat Amino Acids, Soy Amino Acids, Arginine HCI, Serine, Threonine, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E), Squalane, Ubiquinone, Polysorbate 80, Propylene Glycol, Diazolidinyl Urea, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Potassium Sorbate, Tetrasodium EDTA

Suggested Use: For eyelash use, apply a thin line along the upper lash line once a day at nighttime. Apply only at the root area onto clean skin as though applying eyeliner. Do not apply more than once per day. You can also use it on eyebrows. For eyebrow use, apply nightly onto the root of clean eyebrows. Sweep applicator brush along sparse areas. Let product absorb into skin before applying additional products.
